1) BUY SOLID COLOURS
last year, i transitioned my style out of
patterns, which can easily come out of
style, and reached for solid colours like
black, grey (my fave), white, and any neutrals like cream or butter. if i go for colour,
it would be solid navy blue, burgundy
or olive green. This way you’ll be able
to wear your clothing longer, because
solids never go out of style.
3) ART OF MINIMALISM
minima-what? Basically, less is more.
colour coding your wardrobe and
understanding the value of simplicity
will take you far. it allows you to try new
things and it makes you look more mature. For all of you who are transitioning
from high school to university this year,
research some instagram pages and
have fun matching outfits.
