Candidates should possess an earned doctorate, evidence of Christian
character and integrity, demonstrated leadership skills in an academic
environment, experience with donor cultivation, and the ability
to work with the Board, faculty, staff and students to further the
institution’s mission. 5+ years in a senior administrative position is
